Arson Charges for a man from Covelo after the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office says he tried to set fire to a vehicle. Investigators say they have video of Ambrose Fallis lighting the fire on Highway 162 in Covelo, which caused about $1,000 damage. He is being held at the county jail.
