The Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office says a man wanted for failing to show up in court on a drug charge is off the streets. Deputies say they recognized Silvino Gutierrez-Robles of Covelo on Highway 162 and arrested him. He was booked into the county jail on failure-to-appear charges, with the original drug sales charge against him still pending.
