People who buy electric trucks will soon be eligible to get some money back from the state of California. Governor Gavin Newsom is announcing a billion-dollar rebate program for electric medium and heavy-duty trucks. The program will start on June 26th and will run through 2030. Funding is coming from the state’s low-carbon fuel standard program. Rebates will run from 75-hundred all the way up to 120-thousand dollars. The first 250-million dollars will be available this year.
