The car tied to a deadly hit-and-run in Lake County has now been located. Investigators say the blue Ford Focus was found abandoned in Clearlake, but the driver hasn’t been found. Authorities say 60-year-old Candy May Henderson and her dog were killed while crossing Highway 20 near Clearlake Oaks.
