A late-night traffic stop in Covelo has landed a parolee back behind bars. Deputies say they pulled over a driver late last week for vehicle issues along Hopper Lane. During that stop, they found signs of alcohol, including an open container, which goes against parole rules. The driver, 44-year-old Brock Rogers, was taken into custody on a no-bail hold. Authorities say he was already on parole for an assault case. At last chjeck, he was still beghind bards with no bail set.
