Officials are back in front of Clearlake residents tonight with another update on the Robin Lane sewer spill. The town hall starts at 6 p.m. at City Hall as crews continue dealing with the fallout from a ruptured sewer line that dumped millions of gallons of sewage into nearby neighborhoods. City-led assessment teams have begun reaching out directly to impacted property owners as recovery moves forward.
