Lakeport is set to lose one of its main grocery stores this summer. Bruno’s Shop Smart is expected to close by the end of July after the company and property owner couldn’t reach a lease agreement, according to Lake County News. The store has been part of the community for years and is one of just a few major grocery options in town.
