Parts of Mendocino County felt another jolt Tuesday afternoon after an earlier earthquake rattled the region. The USGS says the first quake, a 4.4, hit near Willits early in the afternoon. A second, smaller 3.7 quake followed less than two hours later in the same area. People reported feeling the shaking in Ukiah, including at the Mendocino College campus.
