Authorities in Mendocino County say a knife assault in Covelo led to an arrest last week. Deputies and tribal police were called to a home on Concow Boulevard Wednesday morning, where a man reported being attacked. The victim was treated at the scene and later taken to a hospital. Investigators arrested a 28-year-old Covelo man, who is now being held on felony assault charges with bail set at one hundred thousand dollars.
