A full agenda ahead for the Lake County Board of Supervisors. The board will hear about sewer fee increases for three special service districts, raises for some county employees, and a denied cannabis cultivation permit in the Middletown area. The fee increases would affect the South Lakeport, Lands End, and Reeves Point service areas and would take effect July 1st. The board will look at raises for some employees in the County legal council office, and will also hear about the planning commission’s denial of a permit for a commercial operation on Grange Road in Middletown. The commission rejected that plan earlier this year, citing inadequate environmental review and land use incompatibility. The meeting starts at 9 AM tomorrow at the Council chambers
