A wine with Norther Califronia roots was on the table at this week’s big state dinner for King Charles and Queen Camilla in Washington. Newton Vineyards in St Helena says it is honored that its 2022 Chardonnay was poured out along with wines from Oregon and Connecticut. The winery says it is not sure how its vintage was picked for the event.
