We’re getting new details in that Clearlake case we told you about yesterday, where a traffic stop quickly turned serious. CHP now says when officers pulled over that SUV Sunday on Highway 53, they found blood inside and a man in the back who had died. As the investigation expanded, a second victim, a woman, was found down an embankment along Highway 175, and detectives say it all may have started in Sonoma County before ending in Lake County. Two Clearlake residents, Alex Schussolin and Jasslynn Critchett, are now facing multiple serious charges. CHP says this appears to be an isolated case and there’s no ongoing risk to the public.
