The crash investigation is ongoing after last week’s tragedy along Highway 162, and officials are clearing up details about the search. 89 year old Gary Niesen,was located inside the submerged vehicle Friday, and 91 year old Yvonne Niesen was found Saturday several miles downriver by two kayakers who happened upon her during a planned trip. Investigators say no one else is believed to be unaccounted for. The family is thanking those kayakers and the many crews who worked for days to bring the couple home.
