
California is honoring one of its own after a deadly drone strike overseas. The Pentagon says Chief Warrant Officer Robert Marzan was among six U.S. service members killed in an Iranian drone attack in Kuwait. The soldiers were assigned to the Army Reserve’s 103rd Sustainment Command. Governor Gavin Newsom says flags at the Capitol will fly at half-staff in tribute to what he called a courageous Californian who served the nation with honor.
