Memorial Day is a week from today, and veterans and active military personnel will be guests at California state parks. The system is waiving admission fees for service personnel with an ID on Monday. California State Parks Director Armando Quintero says it is a small way to honor those who have served and continue to serve. Among the participating parks is Clear Lake State Park.
