Lake County planners have a busy agenda this morning with public hearings on both waterfront development and commercial cannabis operations. The Planning Commission meeting gets underway at 9am at the courthouse in Lakeport, starting with discussion over a proposed dock replacement project on Palace Drive in Kelseyville. Commissioners will also review a large cannabis cultivation and distribution proposal tied to a property on Highway 53 in Clearlake.
