Governor Gavin Newsom is wanting to hear the public’s thoughts on A.I. For the first time he’s opening Engaged California to the public. Newsom says it’s a first in the nation digital democracy program that will allow people a seat at the table in shaping decision making and state policy when it comes to Artificial Intelligence. Officials say that since California is home to 33 of the top 50 A.I. companies in the world, this is a conversation California needs to lead.
