Deputies say a woman reported being assaulted by her boyfriend, and after investigating, they arrested 50-year-old Rene Cabada. Authorities say he resisted as they tried to take him into custody, but they were able sudue him. He’s facing charges tied to domestic violence and resisting arrest. Officials say as of this report he has posted bail and been eelreased pending his next court appearance.
