Mendocino County is clarifying its emergency plans. The county says each serves a purpose and can be confusing. In a news release, the county executive’s office says they include a hazardous mitigation plan that is out for public review and a flood response plan that is in the early stages of development. The emergency operations plan was adopted last August, while the community wildlife protection plan was adopted last May. You can check out the mendoready.org website to find out what is in each plan and which ones apply to you
