A Ukiah High School teacher is due in court this afternoon as he faces a charge tied to alleged communication with a minor. Prosecutors say Matthew LaFever is accused of sending and requesting inappropriate images involving a 17-year-old girl. Investigators say the Hopland man was arrested back in November as the case came together. He’s scheduled to be arraigned at 1:30pm at the Mendocino County courthouse in Ukiah.
