Police in Ukiah have arrested a man from Ukiah and charged him with arson. . Authorities say surveillance footage caught Shane King igniting a fire behind a Chevron station on Lovers Lane last Tuesday, then pedalling away on his bike. He was arrested the morning after the fire. King was already facing charges in connection with another fire. He is currently being held on $65,000 bail.
