Cal Fire has listed the roads and campground access that will be closed–and open–in the Jackson Demonstration State Forest starting later this month. Starting May 22nd, several roads will be affected for the upcoming dry season. The closures prohibit the use of all unauthorized motorized vehicles, including motorcycles and ATVs. The roads are still ok for non-motorized use like hiking, biking, and horseback riding unless they have to be closed for safety reasons, and may also be closed at any time for maintenance or repairs.
