It’s taken a week, but the lights are all back on in Mendocino County. PG&E says it has restored power to 100% of the county following this week’s storms. Some people were out for days as crews scrambled to get everything fixed. PG&E says anyone out longer than 48 hours should expect a bill credit if they qualify.
