A man from Ukiah has been convicted of second offense drunk driving in the Mendocino County Court. It was the second trial for Brian Martinez on the charges filed after a rollover crash and arrest on Vichy Springs Road in October 2024. The first trial ended in a mistrial earlier this year. Martinez had a previous DUI conviction in 2018. The case is the last jury trial in Mendocino County for 2025.
