A traffic stop in Ukiah leads to the arrest of a man accused of driving a stolen truck, armed, and in possession of drugs. Police say  on Thursday a Flock license plate reader alerted officers to the vehicle, which was reported stolen, before it was pulled over on Highway 101. Officers found a loaded handgun with no serial number along with suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. The driver was booked into the Mendocino County Jail on several charges and remains held on $35,000 dollars bail.
