No bail for a CalFire equipment engineer accused of starting five fires in Sonoma County. Robert Hernandez of Healdsburg was arrested last week at the Howard Forest Fire Station in Willits and charged with five counts of arson. At a court appearance Tuesday the judge revoked his initial $2 million bail although he set a bail hearing for October 1. CalFire investigators allege Hernandez started the five fires while off duty from August 15 to September 14. Each burned less than an acre but prosecutors say the first arson count for the August 15 fire includes an enhancement because it happened during a state of emergency.
