A Clearlake man is facing three felony charges for last month’s break-in at Tractor Supply on Dam Road. Police say surveillance video helped identify 35-year-old Richard Kee Jr. after the store’s front doors were smashed and merchandise stolen. Officers caught up with Kee the next day, and say he tried to run before being taken into custody. He’s now charged with burglary, vandalism, and grand theft. A preliminary hearing is set for August 20th.
