The California Highway Patrol has issued a Feather Alert for 31-year-old Viktoria Ladd, who has been missing from Ukiah since June 10. Ladd, an enrolled member of the Washoe Tribe, was last seen around 9 p.m. and may also have ties to Lake County, Cloverdale, and Point Reyes. Authorities say photos are available on at the Ukiah Police Facebook page and they believe she may be traveling on foot. Anyone with information is asked to call the Ukiah Police Department.
