California seems to be avoiding the worst of a nationwide outbreak of Cyclosporosis that has made hundreds of people sick. The source of the outbreak is being narrowed to lettuce or packaged greens grown in the Midwest, where most of the hundreds of cases have been reported. As a precaution, Taco Bell restaurants in some places have pulled items from the menu. Even though the number of California cases is small, experts say it is always a good idea to wash your produce–and your hands–before you eat
