The business, called Cornerstone Auto Exchange, would sell auction vehicles by appointment from a commercial building on Parallel Drive. No repair shop is planned, with operations focused on online sales and customer appointments. The commission meets at 5:30 Wednesday evening at Lakeport City Hall.
