It’s shaping up to be a packed meeting today for the Lake County Board of Supervisors. Leaders are discussing possible sewer fee increases for several service districts, pay raises for some county legal staff and a controversial cannabis project denied earlier this year near Middletown. The proposed sewer rate hikes would affect customers in South Lakeport, Lands End and Reeves Point starting July 1 if approved. Supervisors are also expected to revisit the denied Grange Road cannabis operation after planners rejected it over environmental and compatibility concerns.
