A creamery based in Sonoma County is recalling some of its ice cream. Strauss Cremaery from Petaluma says pint and paper cups of its organic vanilla bean, strawberry, cookie dough, Dutch chocolate, and mint chip ice cream may be contaminated with metal. The frozen treats were sold in California and 16 other states starting earlier this month, with best-by dates of December 2026. You can check out the FDA website for information about the affected lots, and if you have any, you should toss it.
