PG&E shut off power to parts of Northern California Sunday as firefighters and utility crews braced for dangerous wildfire conditions. More than 4,600 customers across 15 counties were expected to lose electricity because of strong winds and dry weather tied to red flag warnings. In Lake County, only a handful of customers near the Sonoma County line were impacted by the planned outage. PG&E says power should be restored by this afternoon if weather conditions improve.
