
A Fort Bragg man is headed to prison for more than a decade after being sentenced last week in a violent 2019 Ukiah attack. William Larry Hill received a sentence of 13 years to life after prosecutors used DNA evidence to connect him to the cold case years later. During sentencing, Judge Victoria Shanahan described Hill as the kind of predator women are taught to fear. MendoLocal reports Hill likely won’t face a parole board for at least 10 years.
