A reported burglary in progress Saturday morning in Laytonville ends with a Willits man in jail. Deputies say 26-year-old Dylan Rumble was spotted on surveillance cameras inside an empty commercial building along Highway 101 before trying to escape. Investigators say he attempted to leave on a motorcycle that would not start, then took off running before a CHP officer caught him nearby. Deputies later learned the motorcycle had been reported stolen out of Willits. Authorities say Rumble was already on probation for a stolen vehicle case at the time of his arrest.
