A small team from Lakeport is making a big splash in the robotics world. Sharp Academy Robotics picked up two top awards at a competition in San Jose. They scored the highest in the robot competition and also impressed judges with an AI project aimed at helping archaeologists. Even more impressive, this was their first year competing. They went up against teams from all over Northern California and came out on top.
