There’s growing pressure on Lake County Special Districts after that massive sewage spill earlier this year. The department is now dealing with financial questions, unpaid bills, and concerns about how money is being tracked . At the same time, it’s asking for more funding and looking to raise sewer rates. That’s not sitting well with some local leaders, especially with a dispute over nearly $900,000 owed to Clearlake. All of this is expected to come up again in today’s board meeting.
