
A scary situation in Mendocino County turned into a standoff and ended with two people in custody. Deputies say they were called out Thursday night after reports of gunshots and someone yelling at a property near Highway 162. At one point, a man came out with a shotgun before going back inside, which led to a standoff that lasted nearly two hours. Eventually, both suspects came out and were taken into custody, with guns and ammunition found on the property. The man is facing several charges, while the woman was released with a promise to appear.
