California voters are pretty divided right now on a couple of big issues. A new UC Berkeley poll shows a slight majority supports a tax on billionaires for healthcare, but a sizable group is still against it or unsure. On voter ID requirements, the numbers are almost split right down the middle. Researchers say the divide mostly comes down to political party lines.
