Local leaders – gathering at Mendocino College to celebrate a $20 million investment for a brand-new building on the Willits campus. State Senator Mike McGuire and Representative Jared Huffman on hand for the announcement about the 19,000-square-foot facility. They say the building will be used for hands-on training in fields that the community needs–like firefighters, health care workers, and trade jobs. Construction is moving forward, and they’re estimating the doors will open in Spring 2029
