A crash involving several vehicles caused major delays on Highway 1 near Casper Creek Bridge Monday afternoon in Mendocino County. Officials say a delivery truck, tow truck, and sedan were involved in the collision reported just before 3pm. At least one person was hurt and fuel spilled across part of the roadway. Crews from CHP and CAL FIRE closed both lanes for a time while they handled the crash and cleanup.
