Tesla is taking California regulators to court. The state DMV says the company misled drivers by using terms like “Autopilot” and “Full Self-Driving,” even though the vehicles still require human supervision. A judge sided with regulators in December, calling the advertising misleading. Tesla now argues that ruling got it wrong and wants the decision reversed so it can continue using those terms.
