After days of high water and detours, Highway 128 through Anderson Valley is open again. Flooding from the Navarro River shut down the stretch between Highway 1 and the Flynn Creek Bridge as an atmospheric river drenched the region and pushed the river close to 15 feet. Drivers had been rerouted along Comptche-Ukiah Road and Mountain View Road while crews monitored conditions. CHP said just before 5 p.m. Wednesday that traffic can move through again, though officials are reminding motorists to take it slow on slick roads.
