The first shipment of UV water filtration systems for people near the Robin Lane sewage spill in Clearlake has arrived and is being installed. The City calls it a milestone in the recovery from that spill from a ruptured force main on January 11th that left 3 million gallons of raw sewage in the ground. Applications are still being accepted from residents who want to request a system. Those applications are due by February 28th.
