The City of Willits is reminding homeowners about an upcoming deadline for a program that could provide money for structural repairs and accessibility improvements. The city is taking applications for its Housing Rehabilitation Loan program through April 3oth. The program provides eligible owners a 0% interest deferred loan drom $25,000 to $50,000.
