A bomb scare in Lucerne ends without incident Monday night. Deputies shut down part of Fourth Avenue after a training grenade was discovered outside a home and called in the Napa County Bomb Squad to take a closer look. After X-ray testing and additional checks, the device was confirmed to be harmless. The scene was cleared and the street reopened later in the evening.
