Clearlake residents affected by the Robin Lane sewer spill now have access to a permanent water treatment option. The city is installing UV filtration systems to ensure safe, on-site water treatment as it winds down the temporary emergency tank program. Property owners have until February 28 to apply before water deliveries end. City leaders say don’t wait, because installations will be scheduled based on when applications come in.
