California is suing the Trump administration over plans to cut more than six hundred million dollars in public health funds from four states. The cuts would impact California, Colorado, Illinois, and Minnesota. California’s attorney general Rob Bonta and the AGs from the other states filed a lawsuit to block them, saying the cuts would cause serious harm. Most of the funding targets California, including seven and a-half million dollars for its Department of Public Health.
