The city of Ukiah is looking for a community member to fill a vacant seat on the public spaces commission. The commission advises the city council on parks, paths, and public right-of-ways, creeks within city limits, open and conserved spaces, recreational uses of public spaces and community input and outreach. Those interested in applying must live within the City of Ukiah, or Ukiah Valley area and be willing and able to attend at least 6 meetings per year. Commissioners are appointed by the city council.
