Clear Lake City Manager Alan Flores says clean-up and restoration of the water system following a massive sewage spill will take months. Flores says residents are being offered whole-house filtration systems at no cost from the city. Flores addressed concerns from residents about the right-of-entry agreement they are being required to sign, saying the form is only to allow workers onto residential property to install the systems. Flores says more tanks have been ordered along with the whole-house filtration systems, which are expected next week.
